• - Termination: Zenova Life Pvt Ltd may terminate a participant's involvement in the Program at any time if it is discovered that the participant provided false or inaccurate information during enrollment or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
• - KYC (Know Your Customer) or government document verification is mandatory. The participant's name must match the provided documents for successful withdrawal.

Zenova Life Pvt Ltd reserves the right to end a participant’s involvement in any program at our discretion, with or without cause. This termination could lead to the loss of any benefits or compensation that have been accumulated. Participants may also choose to end their participation at any time by notifying Zenova Life Pvt Ltd in writing. This action does not entitle the participant to a refund of any fees already paid.

• - • If any participant is found promoting other companies to their Zenova Life team or spreading false or negative news, the company reserves the right to close that member’s account without any prior notice, and no refund will be given.
• Zenova Life Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the Program at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any accrued benefits or compensation.
• • Participants have the right to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Zenova Life Pvt Ltd. Termination by a participant does not entitle them to a refund of any fees paid.

• - A withdrawal request can be made by the member once they have accumulated a minimum balance of Rs. 200 in their account.
- Upon submitting a withdrawal request, the member agrees to the following deductions:
• - An administrative charge of 5 percent of the total withdrawal amount will be deducted.
• - A TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) of 5 percent will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• - The remaining balance after deducting the administrative charge and TDS will be transferred to the member's designated bank account. The member is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account details for the transfer.
• - The member acknowledges that the company will not be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect bank account details provided by the member.
• - In the event of any changes to the applicable tax regulations or company policies, the deductions mentioned above may be subject to revision. The member will be notified of any such changes in advance.
• - The company reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request if the member's account is under investigation for any violation of the company's policies or terms and conditions.

• - Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the withdrawal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the company's location.

• This indemnity will continue even after you stop using the website.
